Tonight is the Night!

I have been dreaming about this day for five months, and it is finally here. Tonight at 8:30 PST, my one-man show "VGL 5'4" Top" opens in the San Francisco Fringe Festival!

I want to thank everyone who has supported me on this journey, from the very first performance in May of 2009 up until this shining moment. Creating a piece of solo work is the hardest theatrical endeavor I think one can undertake, and therefor, such support is essential to making it a success.

Thank you to:
Matthew Klein, who directed my last two productions and produced my first.
Cruz Turcott, who directed the first production.
Cecilia Rubino, who was my faculty advisor as I was creating this work for my senior thesis.
Brita Servaes, another faculty member who aided me in the development of the project.
Joel Derfner, who offered me some amazing feedback when I was first writing this piece.
Rob Zukowski and Cameron Cole, who have taken some sickening photos of me for my postcards.
David Valmont and Amin Roozitalab, who have provided me with some swell graphics.
Erin Breznitsky, who created some phenomenal sound cues for the latest incarnation.
My Mom & Dad, who have supported me both emotionally and financially in every production of this show, and have now flown to two different states to see their son perform a one-man show featuring graphic details about his sex life in his underwear.
Everyone who chipped in during my Kickstarter campaign to help make this dream come true. You are all lovely, amazing people and I'm thrilled to share this journey with you.

And now, what else is there to do but, as Boylesque Godfather Tigger! says, "FUCK 'EM IN THE HEART!"
